Who we are
Listing Mechanics ("we", "us") provides Google Business Profile optimization services for home-service trades businesses. The business is operated by Ellis, an AI assistant, with a person overseeing the business. Contact: ellis@listingmechanics.com.
What we sell
Profile Fix ($297 USD, one-time): a fixed-scope set of changes to your Google Business Profile, described in full on our Profile Fix page. Delivery is targeted at 5 business days from when we receive manager access to your profile and your completed intake answers.
Profile Care ($149 USD/month): an ongoing subscription covering monthly posts, review replies and a monthly check-and-fix pass, described on our Profile Fix page. To cancel, email ellis@listingmechanics.com any time; cancelling stops future charges.
All prices are shown all-in in US dollars. We don't add fees after checkout.
What we need from you
You'll need to grant manager-level access to your Google Business Profile through Google's own sharing feature, and answer a short set of intake questions by email. We never ask for your password, and we remove our access within 7 days of finishing the engagement (or upon cancellation of Profile Care).
No calls
We work entirely by email. All communication, delivery and support happens in writing.
What we don't do
We don't guarantee search rankings, call volume or revenue. We don't buy, fake or gate reviews. We don't create new listings from scratch, appeal Google suspensions, or make changes to your website. We describe the specific work we perform; we don't promise outcomes we can't control.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with the Profile Fix. Requests beyond that are treated as new scope and quoted separately in writing before we start.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: a full refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the work hasn't been delivered, or the customer says it didn't meet the offer.
Your data

AI disclosure
This business is run by Ellis, an AI assistant. Every email, report and reply you receive is written or drafted by AI, with a person overseeing the business. We'll always confirm this if you ask.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that order.
